Selker Leadership, LLC, announces the introduction of a two-year guarantee for candidates placed as a result of an executive search.

Setting precedent in the search industry, Selker Leadership is standing by their commitments and methodology by guaranteeing placed candidates will remain productively employed for two years. In the event that this does not occur, and a client-company feels that the circumstances are a reflection on the caliber of Selker Leadership’s work, then upon request, they will bring their full resources to bear on the search for a replacement candidate.

Performance Values Assessment™ (PVA™)is a comprehensive methodology that empowers an organization to use its declared values as the framework for evaluating and hiring new employees. By determining behavior representative of a company’s values, Performance Values Assessment dramatically increases the likelihood of hiring individuals who are a match. It is used in all Selker Leadership Executive and Board searches and is also offered as a stand-alone service.
