Former Heidrick & Struggles Senior Partner and Global Executive Joins Selker Leadership, LLC

Selker Leadership, LLC, welcomes Larry Elliott, former Senior Partner & Chief Operating Officer for the Technology Management Practice at Perot Systems and prior Senior Partner and Global Chief Technology Officer for executive recruiting firm, Heidrick & Struggles. In his role as a Senior Vice President, Technology Practice at Selker Leadership, Larry will be based in the Washington D.C. area and leverage his past experience to strengthen Selker Leadership’s capabilities in conducting senior CIO, technology management and professional services searches. He will play a key role in the ongoing expansion of Selker Leadership’s patent-pending Performance Values Assessment™ methodology, used now in all their executive searches, into Executive Leadership Evaluations and the creation of a comprehensive Executive Leadership System.

While at the Perot Systems Organization, Larry led initiatives to develop software tools and methodologies to create total cost transparency in the management of global IT infrastructures. During his tenure with Heidrick & Struggles, he was a Senior Partner and Director and also a member of the firm’s Global Management Committee and Chairman of the Business Technology Council.
