Selker Leadership, LLC, announces the completion of two board member searches for BMC Software, Inc. (NYSE:BMC), leader in Business Service Management (BSM). Using Performance Values Assessment™, (PVA™) their patent-pending search methodology, Selker Leadership recruited Louis J. Lavigne Jr. and P. Thomas Jenkins to BMC’s board.

Louis (Lou) J. Lavigne, Jr., is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Genentech. In this role, Mr. Lavigne is responsible for Genentech's Financial, Corporate Relations, and Information Technology groups.
