Previously, in India, he was country Head of Human Resources for American Cyanamid Company and Personnel Manager for the Unilever Group. Dr. Srikantia has also taught as Lead Faculty at the Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, leading a team of instructors in delivering the core managerial competency courses in the MBA Program. He has served as a consultant and undertaken research projects for the National Science Foundation, USAID, the World Bank, Catholic Relief Services, Coco Cola, Arthur Andersen & Co., Siemens, Cadbury’s, Unilever, and United Technologies Corporation.
