Performance Values Assessment Training

We provide training to hiring managers on how to use the Performance Values Frameworks and the PVA methodology to conduct interviews and assessments. Participants are instructed in the art of the Performance Values Assessment, where they will learn how to discover in depth, accurate information about a candidate with a conversational style. After an hour interview, hiring managers will be confident about whether there is a values, skills and leadership competency match – preventing mishires.
