Noelle Katai is a Vice President with Selker Leadership, LLC. As the co-inventor of Selker Leadership’s patent-pending leadership assessment methodology, Performance Values Assessment™ (PVA™), Noelle is an expert in helping clients manage talent by hiring and promoting leaders who are committed to high performance. She is responsible for managing executive search assignments, as well as consulting with clients on the application of PVA. Her personal approach and attention to detail has established Noelle as a trusted and credible search executive and leadership consultant across industries and disciplines.

Ms. Katai joined Selker Leadership, LLC with several years of retained executive search experience from Christian & Timbers, Inc, a top ten global retained search firm. She has been an instrumental partner in conducting VP through board level searches with a range of high tech clients from pre-IPO venture backed start-ups to large multinationals including: VeriSign Inc., BMC Software, Universal Electronics, Open Text, Inc., Cyber-Ark, Inc., and Inphi Corp.

Prior to her career as an executive search and leadership consultant, Noelle was an information technology executive in senior marketing roles at IT systems integrators including: Director of Marketing at DPAI, Inc. and prior, Director of Marketing and Education at Brulant, Inc.

Ms. Katai holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Management Information Systems from Miami University in Oxford, OH. Additionally, Noelle has over 10 years of extensive leadership and development training.
